Xiao Han received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in underwater acoustic engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2011, 2014, and 2016, respectively, where he is currently an Assistant Professor with the College of Underwater Acoustic Engineering. He has been a visiting scholar with Acoustic Research Laboratory, National University of Singapore since April, 2019. He is a member of the youth working committee of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, also a member of Acoustical Society of China. He has published more than 30 research articles in related journals and international conference proceedings. He is the holder of 13 patents. He is the principle investigator of more than ten research projects, including National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Innovation Special Zone of National Defense Science and Technology, and Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China, etc. His research interests include underwater acoustic communication, underwater acoustic communication reconnaissance and confrontation, and underwater array signal processing.
